I Eat A Lot!


Ever since the triathlon training, I've been eating a lot. The problem is that I don't train nearly as much any more. umn... I need to re-ramp my training and really re-shape my diet.

  2. I wonder if the key would be to eat lots of small meals when you train so you never super stretch your stomach when you need all that food.
